Elevate your event at The Steam Plant where we offer a hand- crafted bar with seating, built in sound system, accent lights, and an onsite catering prep kitchen. For that added touch of sophistication step outside to our inviting cigar patio. Our venue is ideal for hosting everything from romantic get-togethers to large scale celebrations while ensuring a perfect blend of modernity and old-world charm.
Let’s Get Started With Your Day
No Required Bar Packages
Many venues require you to also book their alcohol and bar services. With The Steam Plant, you can provide your own alcohol to be served by our bartenders or an approved and licensed bartending service. This saves you an estimated $3,000-$5,000 for events of 200 or more guests.
Furniture & Labor Included
We offer a wide variety of table shapes and sizes along with stylish chairs exclusive to our venue. We include labor for table and chair set up and tear down for both indoor and outdoor event spaces at no additional fee. We work from your floor plan, making it easy for you and your vendors to decorate upon arrival.
Outdoor Event Spaces
Your venue rental includes our beautifully landscaped Courtyard and Patio with shade sails, 150 padded white folding chairs, fans, and access to heaters. This space is perfect for wedding ceremonies, cocktail hours, or garden parties. Off the bar is a patio popular for taking a break from the dance floor or enjoying a cigar or s’mores station.
Ample Free Parking
We understand that downtown parking can be hard to find or come with an extra price tag. The Steam Plant provides 150 parking spaces on site along with free street parking. This saves you another $500-$2,000 since you do not have to rent a parking garage or pay for valet services.
AV & Tech
Whether it’s for a corporate conference presentation or a wedding day slideshow, The Great Hall Features an oversized commercial video board and sound system. There’s also TVs above the built-in bar in the Boiler Room to keep your guests connected to the action.
Bridal & Groom’s Dressing Suites
Start your day in luxury with our opulent dressing suites! With TVs, showers, makeup and hair stations, and carefully curated design, you’ll have plenty of room for you and your wedding party to get ready for the big day. These spaces are great for photos too!
