All Weekend Wedding Venue Rentals Include:
- Additional Wedding Package Hours: $1,000 per hour Friday-Sunday
- All Wedding Packages include use of the Bridal Suite and Locker Room for getting ready, ceremony/flip, bistro lighting in main room. No additional discount for the ceremony held elsewhere.
- Wedding packages for onsite weddings are 14 hours total which is 7 hours for getting ready, 1 hour for arrival/ceremony, 5-hour reception and 1 hour tear down All events must end by 11:30 pm.
- Offsite ceremony will be a mutually agreed upon time for getting ready based on ceremony time and location, 5-hour reception, 1 hour tear down, must be out by midnight.

Cannot book more than 120 days prior to event date at this rate. Please ask if looking to reserve the date outside of the 120 days.
Venue Rentals Include:
- Ability to provide own beer, wine & spirits-providing significant savings + we supply the ice!
- Labor for tables and chairs set-up and tear down inside and out
- Bridal and Grooms area
- 60-inch Round Tables, 8’ Long Tables, Wood Pub Tables and Wood Chairs for guest seating
- Built-in bar with 5 draft lines + C02, ample beverage coolers, custom portable outdoor bars
- Use of Outdoor Areas, 150 padded folding chairs, fans and access to heaters for comfort
- Onsite Complimentary parking with access to an additional overflow lot
- Use of Professionally Landscaped Facility Grounds and Balcony for Pictures
- Oversized Commercial Video Board for Photos, Video or Presentations
- All Events must end by 11:30 pm
