the Boiler Room
Just off The Grande Hall in the lower level is the former Steam Plant boiler room. The Boiler Room is a fun bonus space that’s versatile for an intimate ceremony, cocktail hour, private dinner, game area, or an after dinner dance party!
The Boiler Room features a custom mobile bar, flatscreen TVs, sound system, arches for catering or floral displays, access to lower level restrooms, and a vaulted ceiling that looks all the way up to the former smoke stack 30 feet above.
Amenities
The Locker Room Suite has access to this space as well. Many wedding parties bring games to play in this bonus space to play while getting ready prior to the wedding. Typically, this space is used in conjunction with The Annex space off The Grande Hall for larger cocktail hours.
